Seaman & Associates Settles Wrongful Death Case for $850,000
David L. Meyerson and Shaun H. Kedir of Seaman & Associates obtained a $850,000 settlement in a wrongful death case where a 29 year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by an uninsured drunk driver who crashed through a crowd barrier at a street fair. On behalf of his client, David was able to demonstrate that both the municipality and the company who hosted the street fair failed to protect pedestrians.
